I loved this movie as a kid. There were certain things about it that touched me. like when Bird sings "home sick" (theres a friend named snuffy, that I GOTTA seeeee). It also gave me my first glimpse into this far away country....althought there was this kind of creepy part with this moon princess, I watched it over and over cause I liked the songs and it was just a really great movie.
I also used to like that lifelike waythat bird could eat salad in the first part of the movie.
does anyone else feel the same way?

I myself haven't seen it yet,but I've just ordered a copy of it on DVD from Amazon.Ca.I've already got a DVD copy of Big Bird In China from Amazon,and recently viewed it for the first time,and fully enjoyed it.Something tells me I'm gonna like Big Bird In Japan too.

I think your gonna really love it.....Ive never heard of BB in China!!! what happends there? when did it come out?
