Hi Guys!

I was reading 'Jim Henson: Muppet Master' by Nathan Aaseng and there was a bit that talked about Miss Piggy being different to Kermit because she is able to hold things and needs two operators - one for the head and one hand, and another for the other hand. This is, obviously, not correct and it seems the author is better describing a puppet like Fozzie than Piggy.

There were some other innacuracies in the book as well, and it got me thinking....I wonder what is the most ludicrous 'fact' that has been written by a writer due to bad research etc. You know, things that just aren't true but the writer put it down anyway.

Anyone seen any/remember any?

The most ludicrous thing thats ever been written is that Disney is currently trying to make "good" with Henson so the employees don't leave when Disney buys them.

That Rowlf was retired after Jim Henson's death.
