Adam, to Izzy: Oh hey, could you please excuse me for a sec? Um, I need to wash my hands.
He gets up out of his chair and heads off to the bathroom for a quick pit stop, leaving Izzy to muse over the last remaining onion rings if what she feels for the young Cole are the right feelings or the wrong ones. The last thing she'd hate to do is run out on a guy like that long-lost relation of hers.

The workshift starts a new with demons wearing hardhats moving rocks and brimstone pillars to make room for all the new admissions.
O'er here Charlie... The grand sala's gonna need that support beam to hold up the arched ceiling.
Yeah, move that fountain in closer to the far right center.
Huh? Nah, that woman watching the past's OK. Leave her where she's at. And get her a coffee and some bagels!

*After finishing in the bathroom... Adam exits whistling a happy tune just before... He falls through a warp and immediately ends up bound and gagged and blindfolded in a darkened seafaring haul. Mentally: Chriiiiiiiiiisty!

Izzy *thinking to herself* I wonder what's happened to Adam, he's been gone such a long time. Maybe Christy was wrong...maybe I'm kidding myself here.

The trappings dissolve into dream form, as if it had been an almost vivid premonition of possible future events if the course of time continued on its muddling, caused by Mrs. Moppet Sr.'s plans. Adam is instantly transported back to the café's restrooms, where he proceeds to wipe off the sweat from his forehead and rubs his wrists to soften them up as a result of the binding ropes.
Gosh, what a horrid dream... But it was too real to be a dream. *Frowns, maybe I need to make an appointment with Professor Somnus.
Sure hope Izzy doesn't think badly of me for being gone such a long time. *Walks back out to the main restaurant's seating area to find...
