Father: *pauses*

Ron: Yeah...awkward.

Father: Oh no.

Ron: Yup.

Father: Oh no, now I'm hearing voices...

Mother: *snarls at the vent before swiping it with her paw causing it to clatter to the floor. She crouches near the vent keeping an ear to it so she can hear what is going on in the dungeon*

 

[Beauregard]

Father: *hears a clatter* Yeah, we get the picture...first the voices then the clattering...then the three ghosts with visions on the past, present and future...

Ron: Moppet, snap OUT of it. I think Nicky's in trouble.

Father: Yup, here's the past...

Ron: Fine...*punches Father in the head* There's a present, now, the future involves getting beyond those bars and finding our wife...if you don't mind.

Mother: *chuckles* So much for needing amusement. Those two will kill each other before the day is out.

 

[Beauregard]

Moppet: *shakes head* What...where...*jangles hands in manicals* Oh crud, this may take a minute.

Ron: Here. I found a key.

Moppet: You? You! You are not supposed to be here! You made a promise to stay away...sure that was before you died last, but...hey, whatever. Give me forty seconds to get out of these chains and you will regret returning to this town! *struggles with chains* Ok, pass me the key and we'll start this again once I'm free.

Mother: *mutters in the vent* Wanna try asking him how he came back from the dead...again?

 

[Beauregard]

Father/Ron: *talking at once* Stay out of this, Nicky! *pause* I said that first! *pause* It's a guy thing...

Mother: Saw-rhe! I'm not the one behind bars you numskulls.

*floor in jail cell begins to rumble*

 

[Beauregard]

Ron: She has a point.

Moppet: Eech...whatever.

Ron: *noticing rumbling* Oh crud, I think we angered her.

Moppet: Yeah, you had domestics too, huh?

Ron: Frequently. They don't go well.

Moppet: So get me out of these manicals you fool!

Ron: We were saving the insults for later.
