Here's a crazy thought...You could just start a thread and post it there, which would take the pressure off Phill, and he could then post it officially on the site when he gets the time. That way, we get to read it in he present, and he gets it archived on the site for future visitors.

Thats a great idea actually, and i think the most sensible one. Jim gave his time to do the interview, and Dwayne was great organising it - there's no point keeping people waiting for it when they are all checking in waiting to read it, and it is kinda ready to post anyway.

i kind of think that is a good idea to, I'll see what i can do. It is kind of long so if it don't fit in one post i will post the other half right after that. I really hope you enjoy it. We may have other things in the works, but i'm not saying anything is set in stone.
