I'm just gonna add, anyone else think Link Hogthrob's "I talk to the trees" number was originally meant for Those two?
Ohhhhh, that's an interesting thought! Yeah it could have worked with W&W. But I have to say I do prefer Link's version, lol. I love Jim's goofy, pompus characters, lol.

Yer all blind! Wayne and Wanda where victims of only one thing. Miss Piggy.

You notice how they never spoke to her? Or even acknowledged her? Thats cause they where afraid.
Who would send Gorgon Heap over to devour poor Wayne? Piggy.
Who dumped the leaves on Wayne and Wanda? Piggy.

We know Piggy feels threatened by other singers on the show[Miss Mousey, Annie Sue, Marry Louise, Guest Stars.], so she decided to off them one by one. She got rid of the W pair with 'accidents' that Wayne and Wanda seemed to cause themselves. Kermit fell for the illusion, and fired them both.

There are a lot of characters whom they were never seen speaking to. They never even interracted with Sam the Eagle.
