Yeah, a sick, demented, perverted version of Sesame Street where everyone ***** and kills everyone else.

Sounds like Sesame Street to me.
I like how you described it as "sick, demented, perverted". Honestly so many other comedies are just like this, but this one happens to have puppets. There's more to the story then puppets doing it and killing people.

Oh yes, I know, and I love it!

It's just... comparing it to Sesame Street is a little... odd.

Sesame Street and Happytime Murders Similarities and Differences:
They both feature puppets

Differences:

Sesame Street is a very successful children's TV show on HBO that teaches kids the alphabet and other early important life skills

The Happytime Murders is a R rated film made by the Henson Company and STX Films. The film features scenes of Drug use, Violence, Sex, Prostitutes and Extremely foul language.

So yeah I think they are pretty similar

Yeah, comparing it to any family entertainment is odd. But if you did, Great Muppet Caper would probably be the closest comparison in terms of story.
