I was just wondering if anyone out there had that book? I never had it myself but a friend of mine did.
I was one of those books that you could order with your child's name in it. It had Big Bird and Snuffle-Upagus searching for something for every letter of the alphabet and everything the Bird found belongs to whoever the book was given to. At the end, Big Bird took everyone out to see the great stuff Snuffy found, and since this was in the bad old days when only Big Bird saw Snuffy, the grownups told him off for forcing them to listen to that old story again, and Big Bird said to the reader, "You saw Mr. Snuffle-Upagus didn't you, [so-and-so]?
