The Great Santa Claus Switch is vastly underrated. I hope that the youtube poster who shared those videos never pulls them down, since they're pretty much the only way to see the special. It's cute, but not annoying, and I love seeing Gonzo before he became Gonzo.

It's also at The Paley Center for Media (formerly The Museum of TV & Radio) but you'd have to be in LA or New York to see it.
