Doc wants to go and see an old friend, but Sprocket gets locked in a trunk.

Meanwhile, Mokey is on her way to the garden when Boober stops to tell her that he wants her to pick up a really good radish. As Mokey heads to the garden, she stops in her tracks because Junior is watering the radishes and sweet-talking a significantly large radish that he calls Geraldine. After he leaves, Mokey makes her way over to the spot where the radishes are, and sees a radish that Boober would be more than satisfied with. She tries to pick it up, but it's too heavy. So she just tries to drag it. Big mistake; Junior already set a trap that has a rope under it, so when she picks it up, the rope is loose and a collection of cans will fall, making a loud noise and it alerts Junior. Mokey is captured and begs him to let her go. As they start talking, he introduces her to Geraldine, the giant radish that he talks to. Mokey questions his behavior towards the radish and tells him he has a problem. Junior is devistated when he hears he has a problem, so Mokey tells him that he has a terrible, horrible, deep-rooted problem. He wants Mokey to tell him what the problem is, so she tricks him into putting her down and she'll tell him. Junior does so, and she runs back to home.
When Mokey gets back, she tells the gang about what happened, but Boober and the others are only interrested in the radish. So Red, Wembley and Gobo go back to the garden to have a looksy, when Junior spots them. Instead of capturing them, he corners them and asks which one of the fraggles told him he had a problem. Mokey didn't tell them this part of the story, so the three had no idea what he was talking about, and Junior let them go.
Knowing the radish is guarded by the gorgs, Boober is upset. He was wanting to make radish encroute, but he can't. So Mokey decides to go back out there and distact the gorg while they get the radish. Junior is waiting for her right outside the hole and gets her again. She tells him that the reason she ran away was to do some research. She finally says that his problem is that he has an obsession with a radish. She asks him if he has any friends he could talk to, but he doesn't know what a friend is. So Mokey proposes to him to go out on a quest to find a friend. But the problem is that he decides to take Mokey with her...
Boober, Gobo, Wembley and Red finally go to the garden and get the radish, while Mokey is with Junior far, far away from home. It's getting late, and Mokey is starting to miss her friends, and when Junior notices this, he decides to finally go home. When they arrive, however, Junior sees that Geraldine is gone, and he blames Mokey. She decides to go get the radish and bring it back, much to Boober's disapointment. When the five of them return to the garden with Geraldine in tow, they see that Junior left a note, saying he's gone to look for Geraldine. Mokey goes out and finds him and lets him know that he already has a friend, and that she is back in the Garden. Junior is reunited with his friend, and it's all thanks to Mokey: "What are friends for?"

The reason this episode is important to me is that throughout life, we find some of the greatest friends in the most unlikely spots. I find friends to be very important to me in life and I cherish each one I have. And I believe the message in this episode says that friends could be found anywhere.
