Some people are trying to interpret the audience flying away as a simple animation mistake.

I think not. That was purely intentional. What it was trying to imply, however, I'm not sure.

Is there a reason this is called "Funny Videoe?" If it's a typo, shouldn't it have been corrected by now?

According to the comments on the video, surprisingly not. They distributed sports videos and according to one of the comments, this came from a best of game show compilation.

Ironically, it has been corrected: it used to be "Funny Vidoe."
