The Elmo birthday one (I literally just came up with that at the top of my head) was supposed to be Christina Mistretta (if you read her video descriptions they're a lot like that), and the retard one was none other than Patrick Star (I can't believe you didn't guess that!)

Actually, to be fair, there was another guy named Isaiah Williams who kept pestering me to upload the Best of Kermit on Sesame Street and called me an idiot in response, so I wasn't sure if it was him, but yeah, it makes sense now.
