I miss all the canned Muppet Monsters and Characters they no longer use. Its just they could bring them back but they don't want to because of the characters they already have character that Kids are familer w/ and thats why. I don't know why they can't bring back if they can keep adding why not bring some back?

I actually saw Frazzle on a recent Sesame Street, he was in a spot with Keb' Mo (and Kermit, Elmo, etc.)...apparently they tacked fur and fangs on the tall orange Anything Muppet so Frazzle could actually move his mouth.

And yes, I wrote Frazzle in a Muppet Show outline. The Swedish Chef is about to cook an egg when a baby version of Frazzle hatches. The Chef tries to cook it anyway, until adult Frazzle shows up and starts chasing him (through the "At The Dance" set). Frazzle also shows up in Statler and Waldorf's box when Statler remarks that the Muppets have to be more careful about who they let in. Upon this, Frazzle attacks Statler and Waldorf says "Then again, maybe not..."

It should be noted that Jerry Nelson also used the Frazzle voice for the monster Thudge McGurk in Vincent Price's episode of "The Muppet Show".
