My guess to how Little Chrissy became a monster was that he must've drank a monster formula to transform him.Splurge said:I also noticed that this Frazzletone had a voice similar to Little Chrissy. Hmmmm....
i think you maybe wrong. he probably wasn't used as often as Cookie Grover etc. and there were others not used as often. for example Moreese. sorry of i spelled that wrong. i think he probably came on in the early 70s from the skits on rememeber seeing. he was probbaly canned at some point though he was revived in the early 90s because there were a coupl of skits with him that were recent. but he didn't last. i would think if a muppet was considered bad or scary such as 1 of the monsters they would can them. Beautiful day from the looks of it was discontinued after the 1st season probbaly for the same reason. but then interestingly they continued to use his skits years down the road. something isn't it?Frazzle said:My quote comes from the song "Frazzle." I always thought Frazzle was a neat looking Muppet because he doesn't have that typical cuddly, cute appearance. Apparently, Frazzle seemed to scare kids, so he wasn't used much on SS. In fact, he was pretty much an anything Muppet, & was not even an official puppet until the later years of the show. With songs like "Fuzzy And Blue" (And Orange) Frazzle kind of got a little more exposure, thus The Frazzletones performed on the song "Frazzle" in what I would guess is a way to show that Frazzle may look scary, but he's really nothing to be afraid of. They describe him to have feelings & be an overall cool guy. The Frazzletones are kinda just background muppets for the song, to add contrast.
(Frazzle really never spoke, other than grumbling, but I have the faintest memory where I could swear he may have actually spoke.)
