It's a good thing though, we need fun and craziness. We are supposed to celebrate the awards, they're all about self-indulgence and narcissism and self-congratulating! How often do we get to do that, really?

Actually, I do that every day. I look in my large mirror on the wall, and I says to myself: "Self, you an amazing, wonderful, DROP DEAD GORGEOUS person. Did you know that?" And then I reply with a: "Why, thank you! Just doing my job!" It's not easy being really really ridiculously good looking, you know. I need to know I've got support! Boost my self esteem a little....

Oh yeah... reminds me of the time when Hawkeye was under house arrest, and he was sitting in Margaret's tent while that Colonel Reese was there, and he was telling her "I'm cursed with perfection".

Then, of course, there's his side of the story in "The Novocaine Mutiny" where he made himself out to be all high and mightly and a God-like surgeon.
