Probably for the best if you have high blood pressure. That stuff is LOADED with salt.

I loved it when I was in my first year of college, but eating some much of it eventually made me grow sick of it.

Eating it now my stomach just feels upset from all that sodium 😐

I still eat Ramen occasionally. But without the salt bomb packets.
Back in my broke college days, you could take Ramen, a can of beef stew, and a can of corn and get two meals out of it. For less than two bucks.

I mix ramen noodles with soup from time to time.

Naruto eats that stuff all the time amd doesn't get sick.

Probably cause of the fact that he burns that stuff off anyway with all the energy he has.
