Okay, they've finally adapted to other buffet practices and have gone back to allowing customers to serve themselves, so long as they wear masks and gloves.but as of right now, really the only restaurant we're having any trouble eating at is a Chinese buffet, because unlike other buffets in town that are still allowing you to serve yourself so long as you follow safety precautions and guidelines (wearing a mask and gloves every time you're at the bar getting your food), they're operating on one guy serving the customers and patrons by himself - you have to tell him what you want from the buffet, and he gets it for you . . . and when you've got a line of people being served by this one guy, it makes for an incredibly slow and awkward experience.
