Nice... But, uh, what is it?

It's a very nice certificate type thing that has many technicolors and a picture of Jim with an Emmy Award on it. It says, "The 2009 Muppet Central Awards" in gritty, awesome letters at the top and on the right it says, "Vote now until February 8th" and underneath it it lists the e-mail address for voting, the date of the ceremony, and the logos of MC and The MuppetCast. It's very beautifully done.
