The character is actually a recurring YTP character. He doesn't show up as frequently as some other mains like Mama Luigi, The King, Dr. Robotnik, Spongebob, or Shrek but he still shows up in enough YouTube Poops to qualify as a recurring character.

On a side note, every time I see your new icon now, I'm going to hear Rap Rat say "OH YEAH!" in his grating (Heh heh, get it? Like a cheese grater? Heh heh... Cause y'know... mice like cheese? Heh... heh... *sigh*), squeaky voice.
