I wonder if this cave was once part something much bigger, like a castle or something. And this crystal... it can't be here just to look pretty.
*touch crystal*

Maybe you have to get in the water for the crystal to do something?

*takes a few steps backwards*

Or could it be that a certain kind of creature has to touch it?

*get in the water and touch crystal again; bright blue light engulfs me*

I already touched it and nothing happened and I am certainly not testing my theory...

Hm, I feel normal. It's like the light was just some special effect to make it more dramatic.
*get out of the water and look at my wet clothes*
I shouldn't have gone in ti the water. Wet pants feel uncomfortable -_-

Maybe it did do something...its just not obvious. Or it has no effect on anyone who wasn't one of the people who it was meant for?

*touches crystal while out of water*

*goes into water and touches crystal*

Hm...that's weird. I don't get the light. All I get is a small feeling, like the crystal is trying to give off some power, yet can't.

I almost expected to be turned into a mermaid or something. Hm...
