What exactly does it mean by heartless form?

(I have it as Ultimate on the wiki...copy and paste time: she can turn into a gigantic creature that looks vaguely like a cross between a bat and a dog, and stands on four legs. Eyes and attacks have a purplish hue. Despite size, her body does not seem to have any weight, and can move without making a sound....should probably add very muscular to that...meh)

Ok, but what are ideal conditions for fighting this guy? And we don't know what or how many of our powers he has...and hypothetically, if this guy is the phoenix "god"wouldn't he be immune to fire?

And if he was a phoenix "god" wouldn't that mean he could revive himself when we defeat him?
