OK...I do feel better about this than I did last time...but I still have some caution...you're positive you didn't miss any false/bad intentions?

And I also want to know something else: are they at all affiliated with the government? If not, then why did they have government-like uniforms on?

And do we know that this is only a communication device? It might be one, but could it also be some sort of microphone or something that they can use to hear everything we say?

You know, I understand, given my uh...recent track record with things...but I am positive I did not miss anything. In my defense, I still have not totally mastered the art of reading peoples minds over a distance. But they were like 5 feet away from me. I could see everything very clearly.

No, they are not connected to the government. And those suits are just their uniforms. No real reason.

Its possible, except you need to press the button on it and hold it down to turn it on. It works like a walkie talkie

Welp...sometimes you just have to take your gut feeling and trust someone...I say yes.

The only thing that would be holding me back is their uniforms...I know they don't work for the government, but it just seems weird they'd wear them for no apparent reason.

And like I said, I think once we're done with this device, it would be best to get it out of here...just in case...

I highly doubt we would be forced to wear them. They said their rules are much less strict than the alien division

That's a good thing, 'cause I hate rules. Though I will propose a rule which is close all vortexes after you're done, since a certain someone keeps falling in them.

That's not quite what I meant with uniforms...I'm not worried about wearing them, I'm worried just because wearing official-looking uniforms randomly seems kind of odd...it just raises a slight suspicion.

Well, remember, the alien division for some strange reason erases you from existence. The mythical creature division does not. So no, you are not forced to wear them all the time

Maybe they just think they look dashing in those uniforms or it's simply a matter of consistency.
