We found this hidden cave and if you touch the water it turns you into a mermaid. Apparently each mermaid has a sea animal that they have a connection to and can turn into it, so we are here to figure out what ours are

Well, I do know a guy who sells charms that can give you additional forms, but he only sells animal charms.
