So the mermaids hid caves with pools of water that turn people into mermaids but only if they meet certain conditions which don't seem to be listed...and look at that, they automatically get a sea creature form

Uh....I can't really make anything else out. Most of this seems like a map of the tunnels. And in one cavern theres a picture of something that looks like a double helix....
