I don't know if this answers your question but I have Johnny's memories, but I don't really feel like I am him. I mean, I know I am now, but it feels like I'm an entirely different person who happens to have his memories. It's bizarre to say the least.

(Well, Roxas fell asleep in 358/2 Days for a while when Naminé put Sora to sleep to restore his memories at the end of Chain of Memories and Axel was briefly seen lying on his bed at the end of 358/2 Days, so I say yes )
