It would also explain the disappearances...I've been charting people disappearing in the woods, and most of them just get lost and end up going in circles, but some people are never found...

*man walks in restroom while drying hands*

Man: Sir, who are you?

*startled* Er, I'm Hubert...

Man: *awkward* Nice belt you got there.

Um, thank you?

Man: Sir, this might seem like a silly question, but are you, by chance, a werewolf?

*gulps*

*Gets up.*

[Sgt Floyd]

*teleports everyone to the living room of the cabin*

*looks at Yuna sleeping in front of the fireplace*

*sigh*

 

[Hubert]

W-why would you possibly think that I was a werewolf?

Man: Are you?

Um...no. I don't even believe in those things.

Man: *to self* Denial...the guy don't even want to acknowledge his true self.

Like I said, I am not a werewolf.

Man: How do you explain the belt?

Er, I got new pants, and I, uh, they're a bit big. I need to keep them up somehow, so...

Man: What would you say if I took your belt?

Are you nuts?

Man: *advances on Hubert*

Poor Yuna. I just feel so bad for her. There has just got to be a way to turn you two back into your usual selves from spiders.

 

[Sgt Floyd]

We'll just ave to wait until she wakes up to go to the MIB...they can USUALLY cure these kinds of things...although...now we both probably have spider forms...I just hope I didn't lose any forms because of it.

It is at times like this that I count myself both lucky and unlucky to only have three forms. Although I wonder what would happen to me if something like this did happen to me. Not that I want to find out!

Man: *kicks Hubert*

Man: *tackles Hubert*

Hey, would you- *pushes back, trying to avoid using powers*

Man: *manages to rip belt off* Only a matter of time before you...

I doubt anything permanent would happen. I just happen to be a shapeshifting demon that can gain forms...it's just an ability. A pretty lousy one at that.
