I was sick, otherwise I would have gone with him. He never came back...due to the uh...circumstances and uh...location of their house...I couldn't even get there or contact authorities. I know...it sounds crazy, but...just believe me...there were reasons there was nothing I could do...

What Tony doesn't know is that Ralph is really a former criminal with multiple murders on his resume who is from another town and broke out of-

Or what if it was set in a fire station? And Tony is a fireman, and Ralph is a criminal who set multiple houses on fire in another-

Or maybe a hospital. Tony is a doctor, and Ralph is a patient who secretly is the one who willingly injured Tony's girlfriend, Rhonda. And then in Rhonda's last moments, she recounts-

Or maybe Ralph shouldn't be an emergency worker...

Lady: You know, before she died, his sister actually picked out names for a boy and a girl if she ever had any siblings. I guess out of respect their parents named him for his sister...it was a terrible accident really. I'd rather not talk about it...

*Looks out at a big cavern, almost completely empty, except for bright green emeralds forming pools on the ground. Goes over to one of the 'pools' of emeralds and touches it. It is cold and smooth beneath the pink Fraggle hand. (I'd better stop myself before I get all descriptive. Old habits die...well...you know what I'm getting at. ). Shakes her head in amazement.*

Okay, okay, I got it now. No Ralph. At all. The story is about Judy, a woman secretly deeply in love with Tony, a well-known pop singer. And then Judy travels to his hometown to try to get in touch with-

No, no. Judy is married to Ralph...wait, I said I wasn't going to use him. Meh, too bad. Judy is married to Ralph, yet falls in love with Tony, Ralph's best friend. So Judy secretly meets with Tony and proclaims her love for him, and pleads to him that they should run off onto a private island and live-

Or, maybe Judy could be engaged to Ralph but in love with Tony, and must find a way to break her engagement before the wedding. But she has to first take care of three people: her spoiled mother, Ralph's violent father, and her best friend Patricia. Judy works out the situation with her mother and Ralph's father, but she ends up having to kill-

Wait, wait, here we go. Judy is forced to choose between Ralph and Tony, two best friends. Yet the friends find themselves turning into mortal enemies as they battle for the hand of Judy, and soon find-
