*digs it out of pocket and answers it*

Fang? did you find a cure?

Fang: I think so...come down here...

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

We'll be there in a sec.

*teleport with Johnny to the HQ*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Fang: I think I was able to reverse the machine to turn Johnny back to normal. Johnny, activate it and Yuna, stay back....

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*nod and take some steps back to give Johnny space*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*activates the machine*

*there's a huge flash like before, but this time an explosion, sending him flying backwards through a wall*

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*give a start at the explosion*

Johnny! O_O

*start to rush to him*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*some of his skin is ripped off his arm, revealing not metal plating, but wires and poles vaguely arranged like bone and tendons*

*his other arm seems to be bleeding*

*both eyes are closed and he's not moving*

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*stop dead in my tracks as soon as I see Johnny*

*kneel next to him, rapidly saying "no" over and over again*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*his bleeding arm heals and the skin on his other arm starts to regrow*

*his hair starts to go back to normal and grow in places it was gone*
