That's perhaps why Johnny made dog-like noises earlier and why he grew a tail...

*look at Johnny*
Johnny, try turning into a wolf or another canine.

Um...ok...

*tries turning into a wolf and can do that, but then tried turning into a wolf demon and ends up looking like something similar to a wolf, but looks like its crossed with a bat*

*his face clearly resembles a wolf, but with a snout and ears that look more bat-like. Is very muscular, but not disproportional, has his typical claws, body shape is more like a werewolf, but closer in scale to his bat demon form with wolf like joins and bone structure. Has a barely noticeable row of spines and short horns that curve backwards with his head. His eyes look like empty sockets with just a glowing ball of green light where the pupil would be. His tail looks like his normal tail, and his wings look normal. His fur, while still black, has a bit of a reddish tint to it*

(He's not a hybrid)

What? *looks in a mirror and makes an awful sounding noise that's a mix of bat and wolf*

O_O
Buh...buh...brain shutting down...

Spike: *sniffs at him* He doesn't smell like a canine at all...he smells more like brimstone...

Spike: *circling around Johnny's feet* I think this is his true demon form...

Spike: As in demons from the underworld...There are a lot of things that even demons don't know about themselves. I think the rock might have given hi his wolf form back, but because he somehow absorbed the pentagram necklace, its power gave him his true form. But he probably needed a canine form first...most likely because of his history with werewolves...

You mean the werewolf DNA he used to have? It only gave him the moodiness of a werewolf until he lost the DNA but if he really would have acquired a werewolf form, then he would have looked like this?

Spike: Maybe, maybe not. I think it has more to do with the pentagram. I've heard that really strong demons can use a pentagram's power to enter their "true" form...which is usually a mix between their normal species and something else
