Well, apparently, I'm the first person to call about the job since they put the ad in the paper...they want me to come down today and see how well i can fix a car...though they seemed pretty eager when I said I could also fix motorcycles

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

Well, if you're the first one to call and when you do a god job fixing the car, I guess you have the job then.

*tilt my head at the last part*
Sounds like they don't have anyone who can fix motorcycles. But, um, do you want me to come with you or would you rather go alone?

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Do you really want to watch me fix a car? It's not that entertaining

Not really, I just thought you might want me there

How about yougo fix that car and I take a walk through the forest? You teleport to me then when you're done, okay?

*goes to garage, gets in car, and drives to the mechanic*

*put on shoes, a coat, gloves and a scarf*

*leave the house and walk to the forest*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*arrives at the mechanic*

Mechanic: You the guy who called about the job?

Yeah, how did you know?

Mechanic: Eh...I can just tell these things...the name's Jeff.

I'm Johnny...

Jeff: Well, let's see what you can do...figure out what's wrong with that car over there and fix it...

Do you test everyone like this?

Jeff: Well, no better way to see if someone can fix something than to watch 'em do it.

I guess...

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*wander through the forest, wondering how Johnny is doing*

*think I'm sure he will get the job. I know I will miss spending more time with him, but him having a job is better in the long run. His Ember personality can't make money forever...*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*starts inspecting the car and after a while fixes it*

Jeff: Wow, I'm impressed. That's the fastest I've ever seen someone fix a car...you've got the job. When can you start?

*thinks in the ghost zone where there aren't any mechanics, you gotta know how to fix things yourself...*

Uh thanks. I can start Monday if you want...

Jeff: Sounds good. See you then!
