*start skating around*

Boy1: "Hey Larry, you sure this is the right city?"
Larry: *takes an ancient book out of his rucksack and reads a page* "It is. Monstropolis was built for people and monsters to live together in peace."
Boy1: "And where are the monsters? I thought this place would be more exciting."
Larry: *shrugs*

*raise my eyebrows*

*a girl joins the boys*
Girl: "Are you sure the book's up to date?"
Larry: "Uh... no."
Girl: *rolls her eyes and takes out her phone*

***I wonder where they got that book...it looks ancient...***

Girl: *still looking at her phone* "Larry, just because your great great grandfather lived here before moving away doesn't it mean his diary is up to date."
Larry: "I guess you're right, Ruby..."
Ruby: "Have you even read it until the end?"
Larry: "Uh... no..."
Ruby: *give him her phone* "Read."

**That explains where he got this book**

Boy1: "Aw man, that means there are no monsters around here!"
Ruby: *rolls her eyes* "Honestly, we're here to learn more about Larry's family and not to see monsters."

*the three teenagers look up*

Larry: *looks uncertain, then gives m e the book* "Be careful.."
