I'm starting to feel cold too...

*upstairs; look to my right and see no door at the end of the hallway; look to my left and see the giant double doors*

*walk to the doors, take a deep breath and open them*

*enter the library, noticing the fireplace's lit*

But why am I feeling cold?

*look around and see a cup and an open book on a table*

I don't like this...

*a cold wind blows and the outline of a man appears*

[starts reading a novel, still in bed]

I think we found him O_O

I think this would be a good time to mention that there are four kinds of ghosts...

Spirits with no powers but are able to communicate with the living, have free will
Ghosts with no powers who are doomed to spend eternity doing what it was they did when they were alive...may or may not be able to talk to the living...who generally are cold to the touch or radiate coldness...
Ghosts with free will, who generally have powers, can be good or evil...usually not cold unless that's their main ability...
And poltergeist...a ghost that is fueled by anger and the only type that will hurt a human for no reason...

Ghost: "Very clever. Perhaps you can guess which one I am?" *turns into something that looks like he ice titan from Hercules, only smaller and slightly transparent*

*he throws ice spears in our direction*

I wonder where Grace is…I need her to teach me werewolf powers.

*tries to shoot a plasma blast and can't*

Crud...that's what I was afraid of...

*ghost cast Blizzaga on me*

C-cold...

*cast Life but it doesn't seem to work*

*ghost attacks Johnny with an ice elemental spell*

[tries to use the powers myself]
Doesn't work…how can I use powers if I don't even know what I have?

*can't avoid it and gets throw backwards*

Yuna...I can't use any of my powers...

Then I'll have to end this quickly...

*summon Ifrit*

*the room starts to feel slightly warmer*

*ghost attacks with more ice spears; I counter with Firaga*

*the ghost screams*
