*get off the bike and walk with Johnny to where the festival's taking place*

[at the ice cream place]
Checking in!
Gosh, there are a lot of people today!

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

Mister Frosch: "Today's a festival in Monstropolis. We sell ice cream there. Wait here for me, I go get the ice cream truck."
*leaves through the back entrance*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*holds Yuna's hand and follows where the crowd seems to be going*

 

[Vincent L]

*think An ice cream truck?*

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*start to see various booths, either selling things or where you can win stuff*

*various attractions are built, one old looking house seems to host an event later*

*Mister Frosch drives to the front*

Mister Frosch *calls out* "Vincent! Get in the truck."

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*sees a stage where an important looking man seems to be preparing to give a speech*

I guess he's the mayor...

He does look important enough to be one. Only question though, can he make decisions by himelf? Or not because he's only an elected offical?
