A youtube.com member by the name of "Larynxa" has posted the clown removing his makeup. It's Dennis Allen from LAUGH-IN. Thank you, Larynxa for finally settling the question. Now if I could get that darn production music cue outta my head...

Yeah. Now that I saw it after 25+ years ago.... I do see that it's Dennis Allen from Laugh-In, and not Dustin Hoffman.
