The blue dragon dude

I recently got the very best of the muppet show on DVD and also a muppet poster and in them is a muppet who I can't remember the name of. I hav esearched the internet and watched countless films and shows but I can'tfigure it out.
He is blue and looks like a dragon. In the very best of the muppet show he is the villain in a melodrama in which Miss Piggy is tied to the rail tracks. I hope that is a good enough desciption fro you to help me out.

Blue Dragon Dude sums him up perfectly, he's a compleate dude, and a hoopy frood too.

Prehaps someone should set up an Uncle Deadly Fan Group of Blue Dragon Dude lovers, we could call it BDD, and it could be famous like the BBB club, OK club, and the FOMPers.
