Yeah, that episode was certainly pretty disturbing, even more so then usual. I loved Jake's excitement at the beginning about the abandoned store potentially being cursed. Also, it's interesting to see how their post apocalyptic world views the things from our time, like how they apparently think merry-go-rounds are the corpses of dead pre-historic horses that stung people and made honey. Definitely a lot of body horror in this episode.
Also, I guess Tiffany might be dead....again.
Oh, and Finn's arm is gone...again. I'm guessing that weird grass thing from Finn's arm that fused with his sword is going to come back in season 8.

They've been showing new episodes from the new season this week. So far, we had a two-parter with Grass Finn trying to find meaning in his life, an episode where Jake tries to connect with a skater punk granddaughter he didn't know he had, one of Tree Trunks having a second extraterrestrial family, and the triumphant return of James Baxter the Horse that manages to give him a fair bit of depth.

Dan's been going through depression, so that's probably why.

If any rate, it's simply on hiatus for right now.
