Actually, the basis of the game is to link an actor/singer/performer you know or met, and use them as a catalyst to link yourself to Jim. I did one example using Jason Mewes, but I'll use another that links me relatively quickly.
I diden't notise that :embarrassed:, got to re-read the rules. :embarrassed:

My first one is really short:

I met Roscoe Ormand (aka Gordon on SS) when he made an appearance at the Kansas City Zoo.
Roscoe Ormand (aka Gordon on SS) of course worked with Jim Henson on Sesame Street.

The next one is a bit more clever.

I met Buck O'Neill, legendary Negro Leagues ballplayer for the Kansas City Monarchs. He has appeared on David Letterman's show at least twice.
David Letterman has had many guests, including David Arquette on his show.
David Arquette appeared in IAVMMC and MFS, which included performers such as Steve Whitmire.
Steve Whitmire of course worked with Jim Henson for years.

Just remembered this one:

I met Alley Mills (from "The Wonder Years" TV show) at Disney World.
Alley Mills was with Fred Savage on TWY.
Fred Savage was with Peter Falk in The Princess Bride
Peter Falk made an appearance in The Great Muppet Caper as a watch "salesman", which featured Jim Henson as a performer.

OK, I dont think I can do this in 6, but I does work

I went to see Steps when I was younger
Steps were often pictured with Rachel Stevens and the rest of S Club 7
Rachel Stevens was engaged to Jeremy Edwards
Jeremy Edwards appeared on Celebrity Big Brother with Brigitte Nielson
Brigitte Nielson was married to Sylvester Stallone
Sylvester Stallone was on the Muppet Show with....Jim Henson!

Woo!

I can do a couple, I think...

I met Sonia Manzano (Maria from Sesame Street)--easy to link to Jim Henson this way.

I met George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek). He was on Muppets Tonight once, with many puppeteers who worked with Jim.

I've met Weird Al a few times. This should be trickier... Let's see, I met Weird Al, who was in UHF with Michael Richards, who was on Seinfeld with Jason Alexander, who was on Muppets Tonight with many puppeteers who worked with Jim.

This is a cool game--I never really thought about this before with myself (just with other famous people).

1)Ok being young the only famous person i've met is Matthew Corbett who's
2)Father Harry Corbett founded a small puppet show which became quite big!
3)Jim Henson also founded a 'puppet' show that became very big!!

Does that one work?!!
 :stick_out_tongue: :embarrassed:

I met Nicholas Lyndthurst from Only Fools and Horses in Harrods
He was in Only Fools with David Jason who played Del Boy
Del Boy's catch phrase (apart from 'You plonker!') Was 'You muppet'
The muppets were developed originally by Jim Henson
