Okay, this here thread is for everyone to gush about those things that they love so much that if the subject of it came up in conversation, you would totally sound like you either were in a commercial or worked for the company providing it!

I'll start with two...

Bio-True. Contact solution that's the same ph as one's eyes - IT'S ABOUT TIME someone came out with something like this! A lot of the time the discomfort/irritation of wearing contacts comes more from the solution than the lenses themselves. This makes a world of difference!

KWSS - i've been waiting for a radio station like this for a decade and a half! Since KUKQ went off the air, i've barely listened to the radio for music but this station totally picks up where they left off. It's totally independent with no corporate ownership (no Clear Channel robotic playlists) and i constantly hear lots of my favorite music and artists and songs i haven't heard in ages. kwss.org

Friends, let me tell you about the STAEDTLER Textsurfer classic.

While other highlighters are either just dull, functional markers, or have followed all sorts of trends, specialising to make them look and act like pens, or, or, or...
this is the highlighter which perfects the original highlighter idea.

:attitude: -"YES!"

The design (a rectangle with all the right curves) makes it feel and perform like a writing instrument which is unlike a pen: a highlighter! The ink color is the best yellow (and the best pink) I have found: strong and light at the same time. The pink looks so nice you can write notes with it.

Chisel tip - you can write with the point, or highlight conventionally with an appropriately wide line. Lasts a looong time.

So: Go Staedtler; Go German!
