Personally, I would rather have guests leave too early than stay too long. Maybe they thought they had stayed long enough and didn't want to put you out any more.

Yeah...I suppose you're right.But I personally don't want to leave when a show that I like (like "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" is on.
Anyway...different strokes for different fols.
