Hi all,

I'm producing a feature length indie SOCK PUPPET film, THE LADY FROM SOCKHOLM, and we're about 60 days from having a finished print. http://www.sockholm.com/

I've just found out that SOCKHOLM has received a Fiscal Sponsorship from IMAGE Film & Video. What this means is that you can HELP by making a TAX-FREE DONATION to the project. Here's how it works...

1) Write a check to IMAGE Film & Video Center and in the "FOR" line indicate "THE LADY FROM SOCKHOLM" - or to be extra sure it gets to us include a short note that says "this donation is for THE LADY FROM SOCKHOLM" (All checks that come in for us will be redistributed our way!)

2) Send the check to:
IMAGE Film & Video Center
75 Bennett Street, NW
Suite N-1
Atlanta, GA 30309

3) To get your tax-deductible donation, make sure to include your address so IMAGE can send you a donation slip for your tax records.

Any amount is welcome! I've financed the project myself up until this point, but I'm not going to be able to keep up with the post-production and marketing expenses that are in the pipeline.

Short on cash, but want to help us out in another way? Then copy and paste the above info into an e-mail message and FORWARD TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK -- don't forget to cc: your rich uncle!

To learn more about THE LADY FROM SOCKHOLM visit http://www.sockholm.com/

Thanks!!!

Hi Lynn!

Just as a friendly heads-up, I believe that the use of excessive caps is generally frowned upon `round these parts.

That said, everyone should spread the word and help get this movie made!

I got my avatar working!

Sorry, if this is obnoxious, but I wanted to post again because I'm stoked that I finally got my avatar working. The character is Terrence M. Cotton, he's the lead sock puppet in my film.
