Tattoos

I was wondering if anyone in here had tattoos? I'm thinking about getting one. At first I REALLY REALLY wanted one on the bottom side of my left forearm of Kermit. One of my friends took my idea and got a tattoo there. Although he got a dragon instead of the amphibian, I don't want one there now. I like to be somewhat different. Then I thought about getting a tattoo on my calf. That brings me to ask a few questions to those of you that have tattoos on your calves.

1) Does it hurt a lot?
B) Will I have to shave the area before or do they do that?
Triangle) Does the hair grow back over the tattoo? Will I have to keep shaving it? Or does the hair die under the tattoo?

I don't know anything so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Well, my dad has a tattoo on his right forearm... but I don't know if he had to shave that area before he got it, but he has hair there now, and the tattoo's kind of faded, but then again, he's had it for a long time, and he is old.

I think you might want to talk to Diana (aka JaniceFerSure), she might be more helpful in this department.

Number) pain is objective. you will have a needle or group of needles poking you very fast for a while. on the back of your calf will hurt a lot less than if you did it on your shin.

Honey) The artist will shave you before you get the tattoo.

Isosceles) your hair will grow back over the tattoo. You can keep shaving it if youd like, but don't have to.
