Once when I was living in my old small country town belonging to the Presbyterian church we had a christian guest singer do a concert in our hall one Saturday night to which the general public were invited. He did a lot of good songs with a Christian message but he also told us a story about his youth which was rather funny and I thought I'd share it here.

He said he was a big fan of Jimi Hendrix pointing out a tattoo of him on his arm. He said not that he would ever wish death on anybody but if his hero Jimi had passed away two weeks earlier he wouldn't have gotten that tattoo that hurt so much.

He explained that his brother was always getting tattoos at home with his friends and one day he asked him if it hurt when they put them on each other. And his honest and truthful big brother said no it didn't. So he was very keen in that case to have Jimi on his arm so his brother started to it.

And while he was sitting there going ooh, aah, eee, oook his brother said "What's the matter? It's not hurting is it?" "No" he replied in a high-pitched voice. When he was finished his brother was going to do electric guitars and other fancy things all over the rest of him but he said can we leave that part till next time? and next time never came:wink:

So in conclusion he said "So if any of you are thinking of getting a tattoo there are many good places where you can get it.
On your mother.
On your father.
On your sister.
On your brother.
Or even on your dog.
But never on yourself because it hurts too much."
That was his confession:big_grin:

All I can say is if you want to put your tattoo on your dog you'd better have a good strong muzzle for the animal so that you don't get torn to pieces while you're applying the tattoo PLENTY LOL:smile:
