Anyone catch the moon tonight? Apparently it's at perogy (I hope I spelled that right) and it's closer to the earth than it's been since 93.
It's not as prominent as it was at another point a few years ago but it's still kinda cool. For some reason it does seem closer and I'm still trying to figure out if that's because I've been reading about it or since it's closer it appears different.

The moon's at perogies? :embarrassed:That would explain it's deliciousness, no wonder Cookie devoured it. :insatiable:

That's actually really cool, I used to love astronomy and I had a telescope as a kid. Is it just for tonight, or for awhile? I will have to pay attention tomorrow.

I think it's just tonight. I mean, I'm assuming it'll still be relatively close tomorrow but I think officially it's closest just tonight. And I guess at some point it's supposed to be big an bright but I'm not sure the exact time of that.
Yea astronomy's cool isn't it? I wanted a telescope when I was a kid but never got around to getting one. But I love stargazing and looking at the moon.
Bah! Now I've got "Shine on Us" from Fraggle Rock stuck in my head.
