Well, there's a volume of Mario episodes already out on DVD and the complete Zelda "series" is also out (it was just released a few weeks ago, but I'm not getting it since its ridiculously overpriced at thirty USD). There WAS a site you could download Marios and Zeldas from, but it has since closed.

I'm not sure, since people post links to mp3s and such type things all time time and never get "in trouble" for it.
