It's strange how cigarette packages have printed health warnings from the surgeon general on the packages, yet you never see cans or bottles of beer with labels that say
"Warning: Excessive liquor consumption may cause drunkenness and impaired judgment when driving" or some other kind of alcohol-related health problems.....

Probably because in responsible and small quantities, alcohol isn't really going to have any adverse effects on the body. There's nothing wrong with having a glass of wine or a beer every so often. But I think even a couple cigarettes are putting enough junk into your lungs and system to need a warning.
