As I mentioned, I have a black lab dog. Ever since that darn dog came,he's been demolishing what seems like everything! Tonight my family & I were eating dinner when my sister noticed that he had something green with white eyeballs in his mouth.IT WAS MY KERMIT DOLL WITH FLEXIBLE LEGS!!!  (Anyone that has been to MGM Studios in WDW might know what that Kermit looks like.) I LOVED him!!
I may be an adult but I am SO ticked off that that dog is destroying what seems like everything in the house!

Oh wow Kathy, I'm really sorry! That's tough, and I wish I could give you some advice, but.... I've never had dogs, so I'm not sure. But I really hope he stops doing that soon! Or that it would sink into his doggy head that he shouldn't do that. If he's still pretty young, I guess it's natural, ya know? Anyway, lots and lotsss of luck!

Aww Snowthy, I'm sorry, that's just really sad. I'm such an animal lover, it makes me so sad when I see people say things like that!

Oh, dear, oh, dear. Kathy, that's terrible.

I have two dogs of my own at home and I love them dearly, but they can be a handful from time to time.
If you've got dogs at home, or cats or little kids, you've got to put all your valuables and/or potentially deadly items out of reach. This includes medicines, knives, the really nice china and Kermit dolls.

We're not cat people and the youngest member of the household is 21 (that's me), so we just have to worry about the dogs being underfoot. We give them a few nice big bones or chew toys to gnaw on, and that keeps them out of trouble.

This blasted dog that we have has plenty of toys & bones. But what does he chew on? Pillows, cushions, remote controls & glasses. He goes after the cats too! (he's tried to bite one of my cats' necks once! )
My sister thought she was doing the right thing by getting my mom a black lab (my sis in law has one & Mom loves him) Hopefully this dog we have will grow out of this stage. He's a year old now.

Thanks Caroline. There are times when he (the dog) can be good!Like today,he was laying on my bed with me and giving me "doggie kisses" (He's a year old now,so yeah...he's still young) But then something seems to snap in his head & he goes all nutso on us.

Well...not all dogs Snowthers. The last dog I had was a good watchdog.

Hmm...plenty of chew toys, plenty of bones...how much exercise does this dog get? 'Cause if they're not walked and ran and played fetch with, they tend to go crazy.

Then again, puppies are always a handful. (But they're often more of a handful as grown dogs.)

You might want to try spraying pepper spray or bitter apple spray or something like that on the furniture legs and stuff. It might help a bit.

Hmm...with all due respect, Snowth dear, I think the dog lovers on the forum would be a nudge inclined to disagree.
