Stumbled upon a painting from '76

My husband and I recently purchased a house and the owner left behind a sesame street painting from 1976 by F Lohan. We've been trying to find out some information about it and can't really find much. I was wondering if anyone had seen this before or know anything about this painting or the artist. When we Google him Lindsey Lohan is the only thing that comes up unfortunately.
