Street Scene Memory

Who remembers this street scene from the late 1990's? My memory is a little foggy, but it involved Herry sitting in the arbor at night, telling his mom about his favorite place to be. Anyone know what episode this came from?

Eh, BUMP. I just remembered another street story. I think it was a Season 29 episode and it had Big Bird trying to escape the festivities of Monster Day, but the monsters, including Elmo, Rosita and Frazzle, keep showing up everywhere he goes.
