Statler & Waldorf clip on Tonight Show

Technically, this wasn't a new appearance, just a comedy sketch featuring video of the Muppets, but it was still entertaining. Last week on The Tonight Show, Conan O'Brien announced that Obama had been heckled again at a forum on health care. Then they showed a video that featured Obama trying to give a speech intercut with clips of Statler & Waldorf at their heckling best from The Muppet Show. Here's the clip on Hulu.

The really sad thing is how funny it was The clips went to that sooooo perfectly (is an Obama supporter, but it was still funny).

I saw that when it aired. As soon as he mentioned heckling I thought of Statler and Waldorf and then, sure enough, there they were!
