I just want to add that I am serious when I say this thread is not about one person/thread specifically. As Count said, this has been an ongoing problem over the years. I'm just horrified how much politics has caused everything to escalate.

Again, I'm not asking for an immediate permaban when things get heated. But mods do need to be given the ability to at least temporarily ban someone if several warnings do not change anything.
